Ron Wiener

CEO & Chief Mechanic

Ron is the founder, CEO and "Chief Mechanic" of Bellevue-based Venture Mechanics Startup Launchpad, Seattle’s largest startup accelerator and event hub. With more than four decades as a tech startup CEO and 25 years as an investor, he has launched and led numerous high-growth companies and venture studios, supporting thousands of founders, investors, and diversity-focused groups.

Previously, Ron was CEO of ThermoGenesis Group, best known for its iMovR office fitness brand, which served over 50,000 customers and was acquired in 2023. He has also led EquaShip, Earth Class Mail, and several other tech ventures spanning office ergonomics, ecommerce, logistics, aviation, and venture capital. His expertise lies in envisioning, launching, and scaling early-stage technology companies.
